Customer Return Policy

We want you to be happy each and every time you buy from us. If you don't like what we sent you, let us know. We'll immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product in new unwashed, unworn condition that meets our return policy.

Need to Return a product?

EquineAddicts accepts returns on most merchandise within 90 days from the order shipment date in new, unwashed, unused condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a credit for the original merchandise amount to the card used to purchase the item. If there's a problem with the return you will be contacted with the choice of a restocking fee or having the item returned to you (at your expense). An example of a problem with a return is solid deodorant marks in the underarm area of the shirt from trying it on that would prevent us from reselling the item as new or returning it to the manufacturer for credit.

 International returns must be able to be resold as new or there will be a 50% restocking charge for the shirt to be resold on clearance.  International returns are not eligible for the choice of a return to sender.

If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise less the original shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order.  If the problem is our fault (defective item or wrong size or item sent), we will gladly refund your First Class Mail shipping to return the product to us and pay shipping back to you on the replacement.

We do recommend that you return products to us insured with delivery confirmation. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. Once the item is shipped, if something happens in transit and we don't receive your return we will be unable to issue you a refund.

If you return items from an order where you have received free shipping, we deduct the amount of original shipping divided by the number of items, for the number of items returned from your refund.
For example, if you ordered six items and we paid $15.00 to ship the package to you, the per-item shipping amount would be $2.50 each.  If you return three of those items, we would multiply the per-item cost of $2.50 by the three items returned to figure the amount of shipping to be deducted from your refund (which would be $7.50).
