We gladly accept orders by phone and mail for our customers who prefer not to use their credit card on the Internet.

How to order by mail or phone:

Shop and add items to your cart normally.  Once you have everything you need in your cart, click on the Checkout button.  After clicking on the "checkout" button, on the next screen you will find a drop box at the bottom of the page that says "Credit Card".  If you click on this drop box, the option below Credit Card is Paypal, and the one below that is "Check, Money Order, or Phone Order".  Choose this option and click on the "Checkout" button and the next screen will offer you several options for shipping your order.  Make your choice and click on "Checkout" again and you will be presented with a total for the order you are about to place.  Once you're satisfied with your choices, click on "Checkout" one final time and you will be brought to a receipt page.  You will receive a copy of this receipt by e-mail or you can print this page.  Include a copy of the e-mail receipt with your check or money order to order by mail.  To order by phone, just tell us you've placed the order through the store and the only further information we will need is your credit card number and phone in case something goes wrong and we have to contact you.

This is the easiest way to order by phone as it accurately calculates shipping for you and allows you to pick from several different shipping options.  If you choose not to input your order and prefer to just call, we will be happy to take your order over the phone but all manual orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.  We can give you an estimate of your shipping charges at this time and you will receive a receipt for the total of the order with accurate shipping by e-mail.

Prepaid shipments go out the morning after receipt of payment or, if the item has to be ordered, the morning after I receive it.  Special order items are typically received by us from the manufacturer in 3-7 days and shipped immediately, so normally you would receive the shirt within 3 days after shipment (if you chose Priority Mail) for a total turnaround time of 6-10 days.

Personal check orders are held for 5-7 working days after receipt of the check for the check to clear our bank before they are shipped out.  You can also pay by check through Paypal, which normally only takes 3-4 days to clear.  Depending on when you place your order during our ordering cycle with our manufacturer orders paid by check may be up to 3 weeks before you receive your order.
