Customer Return PolicySatisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business. We want you to be happy each and every time you buy from us. If you don't like what we sent you, let us know. We'll immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product in new unwashed, unworn condition that meets our return policy. Need to Return a product? To return a product at EquineAddicts, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department by e-mail or by phone at 740-678-8979 during business hours of 8am-8pm EST. Returns and exchanges without an RMA number will be accessed a 25% restocking charge deducted from the amount of the refund. RMA numbers expire 30 days after issue. Returns postmarked 30 days after the RMA is issued will be accessed a restocking fee. This is done to protect us from manufacturer color changes and discontinuations that would cause us to have to resell your items at a reduced price. In general, EquineAddicts accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days in new, unwashed, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a credit for the original merchandise amount to the card used to purchase the item. If there's a problem with the return you will be contacted with the choice of a restocking fee or having the item returned to you (at your expense). An example of a problem with a return is solid deodorant marks in the underarm area of the shirt from trying it on that would prevent us from reselling the shirt as new. If you are returning the item for an exchange, please just order your new item as you normally would. We don't keep credit card numbers on file and this is the easiest way to determine and collect shipping for the replacement item. If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise less the original shipping charges. If you qualified for free shipping, the shipping charge or partial shipping charge we incurred on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order. If the problem is our fault (defective item or wrong size or item sent), we will gladly refund your shipping to return the product to us and pay shipping back to you on the replacement. We do recommend that you return products to us insured with delivery confirmation. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. Once the item is shipped, if something happens in transit and we don't receive your return we will be unable to issue you a refund.
